I’m Natalie Lambert, founder of Tech Media Éire.
I help businesses understand what’s happening behind their day-to-day processes, identify what could work better and turn those insights into practical improvements.
That might mean improving a process, capturing knowledge that currently lives with individual team members, designing practical business training, creating AI-supported training videos and resources, or helping people make better use of technology they already have.
I don’t start with a predetermined solution. I start by understanding your business.
How I Got Here
My career has always involved looking closely at how work gets done and finding ways to make it work better.
I’ve spent years working in operational environments where processes, people and knowledge all need to come together. I’ve supported business transitions, reviewed workflows, analysed inefficiencies, developed procedures, trained teams and helped introduce new systems and ways of working.
What I kept seeing was that the process written down on paper and the process happening day to day weren’t always the same.
People develop shortcuts. Experienced team members carry knowledge nobody has documented. Training gets passed from person to person. Technology is introduced, but confidence doesn’t always follow.
And sometimes the best improvement already exists. One person has quietly figured out a better way of doing something, but that knowledge has never made it across the rest of the team.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today.
I look beyond how a process is supposed to work and get into the detail of how it actually works.
That thinking became the foundation for Tech Media Éire.

Tech Media Éire is built on years of hands-on experience across operations, process improvement, business change, training and technology.
15+ Years’ Professional Experience
Experience across operations, business processes, communications and technology, working in both Ireland and internationally.
Business Process & Change Experience
Hands-on experience in workflow improvement, operational transitions, procedure development, automation and training teams across multiple locations.
BA Advertising & Media
A foundation in communication, audience understanding and turning information into content that is clear, engaging and easy to understand.
Training Delivery & Evaluation
Currently completing QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation, building on practical experience designing and delivering workplace training.
Technology & AI Experience
Practical experience using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI-supported content creation to improve processes, communication and workplace learning.
The combination matters: understanding the process, understanding the people doing it, and knowing how to turn what we find into something practical.
