Welcome to Tech Media Éire. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Who We Are

Tech Media Éire is Ireland’s first AI-avatar video studio, providing AI-generated videos for training, onboarding, welcome messages, safety communication, hospitality pre-arrival videos, and related digital content.

These Terms apply to all services, videos, communications, and digital products provided by Tech Media Éire.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • infringe on the rights of others

  • restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site

  • attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

All content on this website remains the property of Tech Media Éire.

3. Scope of Services

Tech Media Éire provides:

  • AI-generated avatar videos

  • training, onboarding, safety, and instruction videos

  • client welcome and appointment communication videos

  • hotel pre-arrival videos

  • business communication templates

  • custom avatars (where purchased)

All videos include the items listed on our official price list at the time of purchase.

4. AI-Generated Content

You understand and agree that:

  • Videos are created using artificial intelligence tools.

  • Avatars may be digitally generated representations (your staff, provided with consent, or AI-generated characters).

  • Voices may not be human voices unless specified.

  • You are responsible for confirming that any avatar, likeness, voice, or imagery you upload has full usage permission.

Tech Media Éire is not liable for copyright or consent issues arising from assets provided by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • accurate scripts

  • correct technical and safety information

  • approved brand colours, logos, images, or footage

  • confirmation that all submitted materials are owned or licensed for use

Tech Media Éire is not responsible for errors in information supplied by the client.

6. Revisions & Updates

Each package includes the specific number of revisions listed on the price list.

  • Script-only updates are considered revisions.

  • Full re-recordings may incur an additional fee.

  • Enterprise packages include free script/text updates for 6 months.

  • The Annual Retainer includes unlimited script/text changes within scope.

Any additional work outside scope will be quoted separately.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:

  • project size

  • client responsiveness

  • technical requirements

  • availability of specific voice styles or avatars

Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.

8. Payment Terms

All prices are listed ex-VAT.

  • Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Work does not begin until payment is received.

  • Refunds are not offered once production has started, as these are digital services.

If you cancel a project after work has begun, partial fees may still apply.

9. Ownership & Usage Rights

Once your final payment is received:

  • You receive a perpetual licence to use the final video(s) for your business.

  • You may host the video internally, publicly, or on your website/social media.

  • Tech Media Éire retains ownership of all AI-generated assets and project files (these are not transferred).

Tech Media Éire may use completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Accuracy & Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated avatars and voices simulate communication and are not human actors.

  • Compliance information (such as safety, training, GMP, HACCP, or SOPs) must be verified by your internal safety or compliance team before use.

Tech Media Éire is not liable for inaccuracies in regulatory or safety content provided by the client.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tech Media Éire is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage, or indirect losses.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party AI platforms such as:

  • HeyGen

  • ElevenLabs

  • OpenAI

  • Canva

  • Stock media providers

You agree to comply with their licensing terms when using the final outputs.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who:

  • breaches these terms

  • provides unsafe or non-compliant information

  • engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate communication

A refund is only offered if no work has yet begun.

14. Amendments

Tech Media Éire may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
