Hi, I'm Natalie.
I created Tech Media Éire after years of working with teams, processes and change, and seeing the same problems appear in businesses of all sizes.
Important knowledge often lives with the people doing the job. Processes evolve over time without anyone stopping to document why. One person finds a better way of doing something, but that improvement never makes it beyond them. New systems are introduced, training happens once, and everyone assumes the knowledge has stuck.
Usually, the people aren't the problem.
The gap is between how a business thinks work happens and how it actually happens day to day.
That's the space I love working in.
I get into the detail, ask a lot of questions, speak to the people closest to the work and map out what's really happening from start to finish.
From there, I can identify where a process could be improved, where knowledge needs to be captured and where practical learning could make a difference.
Depending on what we find, that might mean a process improvement plan, a tailored training programme, AI-supported learning videos and resources, or helping someone within your business deliver the training themselves.
Technology still plays an important part. Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI can create huge opportunities when they're used well. But I don't start with the technology.
I start with how your business works.
